Driving improvements in billing processes and cash collection. Monitoring performance, carrying out reviews, and helping your team grow. Training and onboarding new team members. Ensuring cash targets are achieved and debtor days reduced. Preparing accurate forecasts, reports and KPIs. Overseeing statements, chasing letters, direct debits, journals, refunds and write-offs. Requirements Proven experience in credit control leadership. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. A personable, detail-focused, and proactive approach.
