Mobile Vehicle Technician - Coventry
1. Location: Coventry
2. Salary: £40,170 basic | OTE up to £52,000
3. Hours: 40 hours per week (8:30am – 5:00pm) + 1 in 4 Saturdays
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Vehicle Technician to join a leading automotive services provider, delivering expert servicing, maintenance, and repairs directly to customers.
This is a unique role where you’ll work independently, attending customers at their homes or workplaces, providing high-quality diagnostics and repairs without the constraints of a traditional workshop. You’ll be fully equipped with a company van, tools, and diagnostic equipment from day one.

4. Basic salary of £40,170 with OTE up to £52,000
5. Guaranteed overtime option increasing basic to £44,385
6. Additional overtime paid at premium rates (£30 per hour)

Key Responsibilities:
16. Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a wide range of vehicles
17. Diagnose faults and provide effective solutions on-site
18. Deliver excellent customer service during every visit
19. Manage your own workload, stock, and daily schedule
20. Complete all job cards, reports, and documentation accurately
21. Represent the business professionally at all times
Requirements:
22. Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
23. Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience as a Vehicle Technician
24. Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
25. Comfortable working independently in a mobile role
26. Customer-focused with strong communication skills
27. Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
