To increase the local exposure, global offering and ultimately revenues from both the leisure and business travel sectors an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Director of Sales with a hospitality background looking for a new sector to continue their career and support the business growth plan.
You will take the lead to grow local, project-based corporate business and develop the relationships with major travel agents increasing existing accounts together with the development of new accounts by planned coordinated sales activity. You will be accountable for the effective management of all aspects of the sales functions including sales calls, research, appointment making, client familiarization visits and contract negotiation.
Previous experience in proactive sales is vital.
What do we require?
As Director of Sales you will inspire all members of the team to drive the delivery of sales target and excellent service delivery. You will be a strong communicator with a track record from B2C sales experience.
In this role you will be required to travel therefore you must drive. As part of the management team your working pattern will include flexibility.
