Main Roles & Responsibilities:

* Processing of purchase invoices
* Collating and processing of timesheet data for payroll
* Processing of expenses
* Data entry and maintenance of company credit card accounts
* Assisting with some credit control tasks
* Maintaining purchase ledgers
* Filing and basic administration tasks
* Updating of records as required

Skill Required:

* Computer Literacy
* Problem solving skills
* Attention to detail
* Able to multi task
* Pleasant telephone manner

Personal Qualities Required:

* Ability to work as a team

Qualifications Required:

* Minimum Grade 4 GCSE English and Maths

Pay: From £27,081.60 per year
