About the Role:
• Provide 1:1 and small-group support across academic, emotional, social, and sensory learning
• Facilitate creative, therapeutic, and outdoor activities within sensory-rich and supportive settings
• Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, families, and other professionals to help achieve personalised learning goals
• Use trauma-informed and relational approaches to promote safety, emotional regulation, and engagement
Who We’re Looking For:
• Experience supporting children or young people with additional learning needs or in nurturing educational settings
• Adaptable, patient, and confident working in both structured and flexible learning environments
• Strong relationship-building skills with a genuine commitment to fostering trust and connection
• Creativity and experience in arts, play-based, sensory, or therapeutic approaches are highly valued
