Office Administrator We are currently recruiting for an administrator for our office in Sandwich. This is a full time temp to perm position which is for an immediate start, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm for £12.50 per hour The position would suit an individual with previous experience in an administration position. Applicants must be computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Applicants must have good organisational skills, be able to manage time and tasks effectively and have an excellent telephone manor. Duties will include:- Filing General Microsoft office tasks Running and updating staff reports Shredding sensitive paperwork Tracking sickness and holiday trackers Maintaining vehicle maintenance logs Answering incoming calls Minute taking & typing up meeting notes All other associated tasksApplicants with previous experience in a similar position will be at an advantage.
