✨ Who We Are:
ARC HD Services Ltd, part of Community Integrated Care, provides specialist residential and 1:1 support for young people aged 9–18 facing complex social, emotional, and mental health challenges, including ASD, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma-related behaviours.
We run four small, nurturing homes—each supporting up to three young people in a warm, homely environment tailored to individual needs. Every child has their own private space, plus shared areas for connection and community.

💼 The Role
👥 1:1 support with young people
⏰ 2 nights on and 6 nights off - pattern rotates over 8 week period so some weekend work will be required
🚗 Manual driving license required - access to your own vehicle would be helpful as the service is not served by public transport and is rural
