We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) for a long‑term position in a mainstream primary school in the Chelmsford area. This role involves providing 1:1 support within KS1, specifically supporting a child transitioning from EYFS. The school values consistency, routine, and nurturing support during this key stage of development.
Ideal candidate
* Experience working in EYFS and/or KS1
* Confidence supporting children during transition from EYFS into KS1
* Patient, caring, and able to build positive relationships
* Reliable and committed to a long‑term booking
* Preferably a driver (not essential)
