What You'll Need:
* Experience working with children or young people in Primary, Secondary, or SEN settings is desirable but not essential
* A genuine passion for supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
* Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive approach
* Ability to support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Adaptability to work across different school environments and age ranges
* No QTS required - ideal for aspiring teachers, graduates, experienced support staff, or career changers
