Temporary Recruitment Advisor South Yorkshire
I am recruiting for a proactive and organised Recruitment Advisor to support the delivery of a high-quality recruitment service. This role plays a key part in managing recruitment processes, maintaining accurate data, and supporting HR projects.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Advisor
* Manage and maintain accurate recruitment data using our recruitment system.
* Coordinate vacancy advertising and ensure compliance with internal approval processes.
* Provide efficient administrative and advisory support across all stages of recruitment.
* Produce recruitment reports and assist with analysing data to identify trends.
* Support recruitment-related projects and contribute to continuous improvement.
* Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
* Assist with agency and temporary staffing arrangements as required.
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in recruitment or HR administration, ideally in a busy office environment.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* Confident communicator with good interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Comfortable using HR or recruitment systems (experience with Networx or similar is a plus).
