Up to 10 weeks seasonal contract, 40 hours per week.
Looking to escape the hustle and bustle and escape to the beautiful Scottish Coast for the Summer?
We have a great opportunity for a hands-on chef to manage our on-site brands (Scoops, Fish and Chippery and Joe’s Bar & Grill) over the summer period at Grannie’s Helian’ Hame Holiday Park.
In this role, you’ll cook to spec, run a smooth, clean and efficient kitchen that serves up delicious meals and unforgettable experiences for our guests.
You’ll need to hold a basic Food Hygiene Level 2 qualification.
We’ll provide a free pitch if you have your own tourer, or on-site accommodation if required.

What you will be doing...
We want you to focus on what you do best – cooking. We’ll take care of the rest.
* Manage kitchen operations across our on-site brands – Scoops, Fish and Chippery and Joe’s Bar and Grill - cooking to spec and keeping a clean kitchen.
* Create exceptional food and service that leaves a lasting impression.
* Support with our caravan delivery service, preparing orders.
* Lead your team with confidence.
* Take responsibility for safeguarding by reporting any concerns about safety or system weaknesses.
