Salary: Up to GBP 60,000 DOE

* Lead the Private Client department at a highly respected Legal 500 firm.
* Work closely with the Managing Partner to shape strategy and drive departmental performance.
* Manage a varied caseload including wills, probate, estate administration and Court of Protection matters.
* Provide hands‑on leadership, inspiring and mentoring a talented team.
* Promote technical excellence, professional development and high standards of client care.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and uphold the firm’s strong reputation.
The Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor with 8+ years PQE in private client law.
* Proven leadership experience including supervision, mentoring and team development.
* Strong expertise in wills, probate, estates, trusts and Court of Protection matters.
* Strategic thinker with the ability to produce high‑quality, accurate work under pressure.
* Excellent communication skills and a composed, professional approach.
* Up‑to‑date knowledge of AML, GDPR and other key compliance requirements.
* Ambitious, forward‑thinking leader committed to shaping departmental growth.
