We're a fast-growing renewables consultancy on a mission to accelerate the energy transition. As our new Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll play a hands-on, strategic role in shaping how we support and grow our client relationships — driving impact, retention, and expansion.
This isn’t just a typical CSM role — it’s a chance to build the foundations of a team, influence our client strategy, and be part of a business that’s solving some of the most urgent climate challenges.
What you’ll be doing:
* Own a portfolio of key client relationships, ensuring value delivery, satisfaction, and renewals
* Identify growth opportunities and work closely with commercial teams to drive upsell and cross-sell
* Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through best practices and ensuring their success with our services
* Help define and scale our customer success playbook
* Support recruitment and mentoring of future team members as we grow
* Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and leadership teams to be the voice of the customer internally
* Attend occasional in-person meetings across the UK with clients and our team
What we’re looking for:
* 5+ years’ experience in customer success or client-facing roles, ideally in consulting, renewables, or sustainability sectors
* Proven track record of managing and expanding key client accounts
* Strong commercial acumen with experience driving revenue through renewals and expansions
* Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment
* Excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver
* Based in the UK and able to travel occasionally for team and client meetings
