A Family-Owned Business in the North Thames Region Seeks an Experienced Surveyor to Manage Financial Administration.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying and approximately 5-7 years of relevant work experience. They will be responsible for managing surveyors and assistant surveyors, preparing formal orders with subcontractors, and producing building estimates for site approval.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop positive relationships with subcontractors and suppliers while achieving best value through contract negotiation. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, numerical skills, and analytical thinking.
