We're now looking for a Driver's Mate to join our team. This is a customer-focused and social role, where you'll be out on the road, working closely with drivers and building positive relationships at delivery points.

What you'll be doing
As a Driver's Mate, you'll play a key part in delivering excellent service:
* Supporting the picking and loading of alcohol products onto your assigned vehicle
* Accompanying drivers and assisting with deliveries to licensed premises
* Providing a friendly, professional service when interacting with customers
* Helping to unload goods safely and efficiently at each stop
* Keeping in regular contact with the transport team and reporting any issues
* Using a handheld device to complete delivery-related processes

What we're looking for
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Enjoy working in a customer-facing, social environment
* Are physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
* Have experience working with high-volume orders (preferred)
* Are well organised and can manage your workload effectively
* Can perform basic maths calculations
* Have previous Driver's Mate experience (ideal, but not essential)
* Hold a full UK Category B driving licence (desirable, max 6 points)
