Qualifications
* Experience as an Occupational Therapist at Band 6, 7, or 8a level.
* HCPC Registered
Required Skills
* Need experience of complex discharge assessments and planning from an acute environment.
Preferred Skills
* Additional certifications in Occupational Therapy.
* Experience in multidisciplinary team settings.
Full time 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday 6 months contract with view to extend.
