Key Responsibilities
* Build, launch, and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
* Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights to improve results.
* Contribute to paid social strategies and testing roadmaps.
* Write ad copy and collaborate with designers to develop creative assets.
* Prepare reports and present performance insights to clients.
* Keep up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and new features.
* Support client communication and relationship‑building.
Skills and Experience
You’ll bring around two years’ experience in a paid social role, ideally within an agency environment, and be confident managing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager. Experience with TikTok and Snapchat is a real plus.
We’re looking for someone who combines strong analytical skills with creative thinking – a proactive team player who’s commercially aware, detail‑oriented, and hungry to learn.
