You will develop and support the engineering team to become the driver for competence, quality and innovation.
Additionally, as our Design Engineer you will:
1. Provide focussed, quality support, including the use of 8D reports.
2. Introduce 1 new product per engineer per year.
3. Establish and implement training plans for each engineer.
4. Lead and drive for new / improved products that the market needs, based on solid customer interaction.
