No messing about. • Leading audits, handling supplier issues, and keeping customer complaints under control. • Making sure HACCP and TACCP teams are on it, so nothing slips through the cracks. • Prepping for audits like you’ve done it a hundred times (because you probably have). • Working closely with customers to keep them happy, without letting them walk all over you. What You’ll Need: • Proper experience managing technical functions in food manufacturing. • Level 4 HACCP and Food Safety certifications—this isn’t your first rodeo. • Lead Auditor experience and the ability to stay calm when things get hectic. • Strong communication skills—you’ll need to be hands-on, visible, and able to get people on board.
