Role Requirements:
+ Lead the design, validation, and troubleshooting of power electronics systems
+ Work directly with customers to support projects and resolve technical challenges
+ Collaborate with sales teams to deliver clear technical guidance
+ Mentor and support the growth of junior engineers
+ Benefit from ongoing technical and leadership development opportunities
+ Coordinate and oversee contributions from less experienced team members
Key Skills Required:
+ Experience with the design of switch-mode power supply units (Rectifiers, AC/DC converters, TRs)
+ PCB design & layout experience (schematic capture/generation)
+ Experience with simulation
+ Experience with Circuit Design
