In this role, you will ensure properties are fully prepared for the busy start of the week, responding to guest issues from the weekend and carrying out planned and reactive maintenance.
You will work across a variety of homes, applying your skills across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs, ensuring every property meets high presentation and safety standards.
This role would suit a Multi Skilled Tradesperson with a background in property maintenance who enjoys working independently, solving problems, and being part of a growing business that offers progression.
The Role: Carry out general maintenance across a portfolio of holiday let properties, ensuring all homes remain safe, compliant, and guest-ready Respond promptly to maintenance issues, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently Perform a range of tasks including basic plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and decorating Conduct property inspections, identifying preventative maintenance needs while maintaining accurate records of all work completed
