Key Responsibilities As a Senior Social Worker, you will:
* Assess risk and develop robust child protection plans
* Implement safeguarding strategies using the Family Safeguarding Model
* Work directly with children, young people, and families to reduce risk
* Collaborate with multi-agency professionals to ensure best outcomes
* Maintain clear, high-quality case recordings
You will enjoy autonomy in managing your diary while being backed by a friendly, experienced team.
About You
* Qualified Social Worker
* Registered with Social Work England
* Experience in statutory child protection/safeguarding
* Confident managing caseloads within a multi-disciplinary setting
* Passionate about improving outcomes for children and families
