Driving the development and execution of the Site People Plan. From spearheading Leadership & Development initiatives to navigating the Employee Relations landscape, your insights will fuel proactive plans, fostering improved employee engagement and a high-performance culture. Collaborating closely with union partners, you'll champion inclusivity and engagement, ensuring our operations thrive. A bit about you: Extensive HR experience, within manufacturing, distribution or logistics, showcasing your business partnership expertise. A proven track record as an HRBP, adept in areas like Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Change.
