We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team on a temporary basis to support our Bid Coordinator and Bid Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career or exploring internship or short‑term contract roles to gain hands‑on experience in a highly sought‑after area of work.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist the Bid Coordinator and Bid Manager with managing tender documentation and submission materials
2. Support the scheduling and coordination of bid activities and deadlines
3. Help maintain and update our bid library, ensuring all materials are accurate, compliant, and professionally presented
4. Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of bid-related workflows
5. Ensure all submissions follow required standards and guidelines
