Salary and Benefits
Up to £53,835 + TLR + excellent benefits. Those Huge Small Victories.
About the Role
Our teachers are fulfilled by the idea of making even the smallest positive changes in our young people, so we celebrate the little things. There are lots of ups and downs, and for some of our young people, sitting through a lesson can be a big win. We call these huge small victories, and although they may seem small on the surface, they add up to make a big difference.
You will be working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. Your role will involve helping them learn, developing their abilities, and raising their self‑esteem. Resilience and dedication are essential, and the small victories you achieve will be something you’re really proud of.
It can be a tough journey, but the positive steps forward will more than make up for it. As a Teacher at Witherslack Group, you’ll receive full support from in‑house psychologists, teaching assistants, and therapy professionals. Your colleagues are experts, the school environments are well‑resourced, and we will be with you every step of the way to help you build a rewarding teaching career.
