Our client, a large secondary school in Lincoln, is looking for an experienced pastoral support worker to join their team. The school is committed to the development and progression of its students, and with their recent expansion of the pastoral department, there is potential for the right candidate to secure a full-time position and access career development programs to enhance their professional portfolio.
You will work with students both individually and in small groups across all year groups. Your responsibilities will include providing pastoral, emotional, social support, addressing attendance issues, and managing behaviour difficulties. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, energetic, and serve as a positive role model for students. Do you have what it takes?
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in the education sector
* Valid DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one
