In addition to greeting guests and managing phone lines, responsibilities will include handling reservations, coordinating with various departments, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and ensure a positive first impression. Manage incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel. Handle reservations and ensure accurate details are recorded and maintained. Assist guests with inquiries about menu items, services, and other pertinent information. Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to provide timely responses to guest requests. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring that informational materials are up to date. Process customer payments and handle cash and credit transactions efficiently. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in hospitality or related field is a plus. Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask effectively and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in using office equipment and software, including phone systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
