Key responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef with the smooth operation of all kitchen services.
* Maintain high standards across food quality, presentation, and consistency.
* Follow recipes while adding energy and precision to every dish.
* Oversee food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
* Manage stock control, ordering, and minimising waste.
* Train, mentor, and develop junior team members.
* Take full responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
