To welcome you as a Ford Technician you will receive a joining bonus of £2,000*.
Flexible 4‑day working week available – this can be discussed at interview stage, as well as the option of a 40 or 42.5 hour working week.

* Basic Salary from £34,952 up to £49,062 – dependent on skills and experience.
* OTE from £37,382 up to £53,292, with uncapped earning potential.
* PTE ranging from £40,000 – £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians and £50,000 – £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians.

Qualifications & Experience
* Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent.
* Experience in completing cam belt and clutch replacements.
* Equipped with a full UK driving licence.
* Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles.
* Experienced at working to the highest quality standards, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets.
* Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop.
* Passionate about our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve.
