The Role: Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to individual SEN needs Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development Work collaboratively with support staff, parents, and external professionals Adapt teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent) Proven experience working xxuwjjq with children or young people with SEN Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (essential) Strong behavior management and communication skills Commitment, flexibility, and a nurturing approach
