National Account Manager – OOH/Foodservice/End User
Up to £65,000 + Car Allowance + Package
2 Days per week in Northamptonshire, 3 days from home

With the business growing rapidly, we’re on the hunt for an Out of Home/Foodservice NAM to take ownership of two of their biggest accounts - Brakes and Bidfood. The ideal person will know how end users operate, this isn’t just about managing accounts, it’s about driving full end to end pull through and making a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:
* Own full P&L and deliver the annual budget.
* Develop Joint Business Plans JBPs and manage customer initiatives from start to finish.
* Manage Out of Home direct accounts, including invoicing, promotions, P&L reporting, and demand planning, in partnership with business stakeholders.
* Implement branded and customer specific price increases when required.
* Lead relevant customer projects and initiatives.
* Coach and develop direct reports and support the wider virtual team.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience managing Out of Home, Foodservice, or End-User accounts, with the ability to shape and deliver channel strategy.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, able to manage all aspects of a customer account.
* Resilient and curious about customers, able to create win, win solutions balancing customer and end user needs.
* Ability to advocate for the Out of Home channel internally, raise awareness, and communicate opportunities clearly.
