Job Description
The Debt Recovery Solicitor will be:
* Managing a caseload of technical debt recovery matters, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.
* Working closely with the property sales team and clients to give expert advice.
* Drafting legal documents, including claims, responses, and settlement agreements.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
The Debt Recovery Solicitor should be:
* A solicitor with ideally 0-4 years' PQE and experience in debt recovery.
* Knowledgeable in relevant legislation, including the Civil Procedure Rules.
* Strong communication and client management skills.
* Proactive with a focus on continuous professional development.
