Job Description
1. Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Coordinate and communicate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
3. Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
4. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
5. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
6. Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed.
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
8. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
