The role Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, leasehold matters, shared ownership and transfers of equity Supporting and supervising a small team to ensure files progress efficiently and compliantly Ensuring work meets Lexcel and CQS standards Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and HM Land Registry, both in person and over the phone Managing files and budgets in line with firm requirements Undertaking internal file audits within the team Proactively contributing to business development within the Property Department Working closely with and reporting to the Head of Conveyancing Completing ongoing training, including compulsory CQS requirements If you enjoy having responsibility beyond just running your own files, and like being trusted to support others and influence how a team operates, this role will appeal. You Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC Minimum of 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience managing your own caseload Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures, CQS Protocol and AML legislation Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Organised, proactive and comfortable supervising support staff A team player with an interest in business development Experience of Lexcel standards and case management systems is desirable Full driving licence and access to your own vehicle Are you at a stage in your career where you want stability, support and the chance to be genuinely valued within a team?
