Banking & Finance Associate (1–4 PQE) – Leading International Law Firm – London
A leading international law firm with a dynamic and growing London office is seeking a talented Banking & Finance Associate with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-quality cross-border financing matters, including leveraged finance, acquisition finance, and general corporate lending, within a collaborative and commercially-minded environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners recognised in the market for their deep sector knowledge and client-focused approach.
The team advises a diverse client base including financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and corporates, with matters often involving multi-jurisdictional elements and complex structuring. You’ll gain hands-on experience, direct client contact, and the opportunity to develop your practice in a supportive and entrepreneurial setting.
Key Requirements:
* 1–4 years’ PQE in banking and finance at a reputable law firm
* Preferably England & Wales qualified or common law jurisdiction with London market experience
* Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of loan documentation
* Commercially astute, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively
