Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate view of resourcing landscape across the Bell professional services (and managed services, where agreed) portfolio, by ensuring accuracy of planning and user data in the Bell PSA (currently Changepoint), enabling provision of strategic resourcing direction and guidance to practice management/resource owners Update resource plan – based on PSA data and inputs from Practice management, Project Managers, Resourcing & Recruitment and HR Flag/address any inconsistencies/gaps in planning Add any missing or revised data to PSA Input and update resource demand in PSA (Changepoint) for forecasted opportunities based on data within CRM (Salesforce) This should accurately reflect Commit and ManJudge status Ensuring accurate transition of forecasted resource demand into in-flight resource plans (liaising with PMO) Generate and present updated resource plan for practice resourcing reviews on a regular basis Make recommendations to optimise resource utilisation and improve resourcing process Make updates to PSA following regular reviews with Practices (and their management teams) Provide updated resource plan for Finance on a fortnightly basis, working to defined timelines Update and maintain other elements of resource plan affecting Forecast utilisation Current PO coverage end date Finance forecasting Generate fortnightly bench report for distribution to delivery management, project services team and sales / pre-sales Support potential opportunities by assisting with assessment of demand and identifying potential options. Sharing recommendations with Practice management and resource owners for any further refinement. Assure update and maintenance of employee profiles across all delivery resources and appropriate skills capture for resources within PSA Generate monthly Utilisation Reports and Non-billable time reports for relevant agreed practices and support other ad-hoc MI reporting requests Skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail including ability to review, analyse and manipulate data to produce quality management reports in a simple and comprehensible form for differing audiences. Excellent IT skills. Advanced MS Office user - Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to maintain complete and accurate records Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills with ability to communicate comfortably to staff at all levels.
