Responsibilities
* Study for professional qualifications while gaining hands-on, task-focused work experience in a busy, growing, multi-disciplinary practice.
* Engage in a stimulating and varied portfolio of work across our client base, with potential rotation across departments during training.
* Participate in supported study arrangements, including a formal training framework for the AAT qualification.
* Contribute to delivering high-quality client service across small to large business clients, charities, pension schemes, and LLPs.
* Embrace opportunities to learn and develop professionally, with mentoring support and paid study time.
Qualifications
* AAT path: Applicants should be non-graduates with either a minimum of 2 A levels at Grade C or above (including Maths) or an equivalent vocational qualification. If Maths A level is not held, a minimum Grade 6/Grade B in GCSE Maths is expected. If the qualification type varies, applications are considered on an individual basis.
* ICAEW/ACCA path: Applicants should be graduates with a predicted or attained minimum 2:1 degree.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work well in a team; self-motivation, flexibility, and a willingness to travel.
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ambition and resilience; enthusiasm for learning and professional development.
