Manage controllable costs such as stock orders and cleaning supplies to eliminate wastage and overspend.
Lead by example on reception and the gym floor in this member-facing role designed to enhance every visit.
Ensure central processes like FUNDAMENTALS, ASCEND & MOVE are followed and delivered to the highest level consistently.
Drive collective buy-in to national focuses & incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate.
Lead recruiting, monitoring, training, and onboarding of new team members within your gym.
Ensure all daily, weekly & monthly operational processes are completed consistently and to a high standard.
Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team members in achieving their potential and challenging them daily.
Report facilities & maintenance related issues in accordance with best practice guidelines.
Be resilient and agile to react to challenging situations and find solutions.
Manage policies and procedures including Health & Safety, including pool plant operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times, whether on shift or not.
This is a full-time position responsible for the day-to-day running of the business. Responsible for leading the team in all sales and operational processes, with a keen eye for detail and ability to OWN IT. This role is accountable to various KPIs and is responsible for recruitment, nurturing & development of an elevated team capable of achieving them consistently.
Must be:
* Passionate about health, fitness, and wellness.
* Level 2 qualification in fitness (desirable).
* Strong leadership qualities.
* Adaptable in communication and management style depending on the team member and their drivers.
* A positive, solutions-driven mindset in the face of adversity.
* A member champion mentality with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop behaviors and competencies specific to the role.
* Flexible in working hours and location to support the needs of the business, including weekends and Bank Holidays when required.
