This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced E-commerce Executive to join a high‑performing digital team and play a hands‑on role in maintaining and optimising a global Shopify website. The organisation places a strong emphasis on quality, attention to detail and data‑led decision making, giving you the chance to directly influence online performance and customer experience.
The E-commerce Executive will support the daily performance, optimisation and operational health of the company’s international e-commerce platforms.
Role Highlights
* Manage day‑to‑day operations of Shopify storefronts across multiple regions
* Support trading activity including campaigns, launches and promotions
* Maintain site health through rigorous QA of updates and releases
* Monitor core ecommerce metrics such as conversion rate, revenue and AOV
* Coordinate with developers and internal teams to resolve technical issues
You Will Need
* At least 2 years’ experience working with Shopify in a DTC environment
* Strong understanding of ecommerce trading, UX and conversion optimisation
* Experience analysing performance using GA4 or ecommerce analytics tools
* Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
* Confidence working cross‑functionally with marketing, development and operations teams
