Our UK Business is now looking for a Trainee Sales Engineer. Initially working at our Innovation Centre in Congleton, you will learn our ERP and CRM systems and how we engage with customers post-order. You will then move into our engineering department to learn about our product portfolio before progressing to work externally with the sales and operations teams.
After the first year of training, you will be assigned a sales territory where you will be field-based, engaging directly with customers. You will receive coaching and mentoring from the management team and other UK sales and operations managers to help you develop your skills, with the goal of becoming a fully experienced Area Manager within three years.
Job description:

7. Understand our products thoroughly to position us as the first choice for our full ecosystem.
8. Drive opportunities to increase service revenue.
9. Become a key member of the sales team.
10. Promote the value of Desoutter and why customers should buy from us.
11. Maintain organization to focus on all customers, efficiently growing your knowledge and skills to become a competent field salesperson.
12. Use technical and professional knowledge to understand customer requirements.
