Responsibilities
* Support fellow team members in delivering excellence across the board, including stocking, maintaining product availability and presentation, cleanliness, and tidiness throughout the store.
* Operate tills, handle cash transactions, and ensure shelves are stocked and rotated.
* Work across areas such as Café, Bakery, or garden centres as needed, demonstrating adaptability and contributing to a high-standard customer experience.
* Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Benefits and Pay
* £12.21 per hour (18-20), £12.50 per hour (21+).
* Up to 20 hours per week - must be available 5am - 9am.
* Full-time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. Annual leave is pro-rated for part-time or alternative working arrangements.
