Milk Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in South Manchester on apermanent, full-time basis starting in September.

Key responsibilities:
1. Support teaching and learning within the classroom to help pupils make excellent progress
2. Deliver planned learning activities to individuals, small groups and whole classes
3. Provide classroom cover during teacher PPA time, following lesson plans and maintaining high expectations
4. Work collaboratively with teachers, SEND staff and other professionals to meet pupils’ needs
What we’re looking for:
5. Must hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
6. Must have experience and confidence in leading whole-class learning sessions, including delivering pre-planned lessons and providing classroom cover when required
7. Must have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum, particularly KS1 and Lower KS2
8. Must be able to work under the guidance of the class teacher
