Role Description
This is a full-time IT Manager role located on-site in Bideford. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, managing IT projects, ensuring data security, and providing technical support to the team.
Qualifications
IT Management, Project Management, and Data Security skills
Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting
Knowledge of network infrastructure and cybersecurity
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience with software and hardware installations and upgrades
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft are a plus
