Job Description
As a Customer Care Advisor, you will support members with inquiries related to healthcare services offered by the organization. Your main responsibilities include responding to customer queries primarily over the phone, ensuring each interaction provides high-quality care and support. You will also process claims and manage transactions from start to finish to deliver a seamless customer experience.
The Successful Applicant
* Previous customer service experience (retail, hospitality, or similar backgrounds)
* Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
* Passionate about helping and supporting customers, providing optimal solutions
* High level of empathy and understanding
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Good team player
