You’ll be joining a top insurance broker’s marketing team on a 14-month parental cover contract.
Your new role
As the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for planning & delivering integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns focusing on driving organic growth & lead generation across x2 key brands (x1 B2B x1 B2C).
This will be across events, advertising, social media, digital marketing etc. You’ll manage the marketing strategy for those brands & monitor key metrics, ROI, analyse performance, & manage budget.
You’ll report into the Head of Marketing & work closely with your key stakeholders & the wider marketing team. You’ll also be responsible for line managing x1 Marketing Executive.
What you’ll need to succeed
1. Can demonstrate clear experience planning & delivering multichannel marketing campaigns, focused on lead generation with a track record of success
2. Line management experience is essential – someone who can manage & support a junior direct report
3. Insurance sector experience (desirable) or experience within the construction or real estate sector
What you’ll get in return
