Position: Property Relationship Manager
Location: Sheffield

Salary: £26,000 to £28,000
Responsibilities
* Deal with tenants, landlords and contractors to ensure properties are maintained.
* Spend each day visiting properties, which keeps work varied.
* Carry out regular internal and external inspections, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors to create a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
* Experience carrying out inventories.
* Self‑motivated, well‑organised and conversant with regulations surrounding lettings.
* Good understanding of fair wear and tear and ability to resolve tenant disputes and return deposits.
* Excellent customer care skills.
