The business has a strong reputation for quality, integrity and practical solutions that support both commercial outcomes and positive social impact.Working closely with the Head of Finance and senior stakeholders, this role will support the delivery of accurate reporting, analysis and financial oversight across multiple international entities.The roleThe Management Accountant will play a key part in producing management information, supporting financial operations and strengthening controls.Responsibilities include:Preparing accurate monthly management accounts for all international offices.Supporting the production of financial reports in line with IFRS and assisting global teams with their reporting requirements.Providing clear analysis and insight to senior stakeholders, including commentary on performance and trends.Managing monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies.Assisting with cash flow forecasting and monitoring working capital, including oversight of accounts receivable and accounts payable activity.Preparing project reporting and supporting the financial monitoring of ongoing work.Completing VAT returns, EC sales lists and submissions to HMRC.Supporting year-end processes and liaising with external accountants across all operating countries.Ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments, salaries and statutory obligations.Maintaining strong internal controls and supporting improvements to financial processes.Liaising with auditors and other external stakeholders as required.Keeping up to date with changes in financial regulations.About youThe organisation is keen to meet candidates who can demonstrate:A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or equivalent), newly qualified to around 3 years PQE.Experience preparing management accounts and financial reports.A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate upcoming requirements.Strong attention to detail and confidence working across multiple stakeholders.Previous experience in an international or multicultural environment is desirable.Good technical knowledge of core accounting processes.Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems; Business Central experience would be an advantage.The ability to manage deadlines, handle a varied workload and adapt to changing priorities.A collaborative approach and strong self-management.
