Regional Retail Manager
Basic Salary: £34,000 + Car Allowance
OTE: Circa £70,000
We're seeking an energetic, people-focused Regional Retail Manager who can inspire, lead, and drive performance across multiple sites. What you'll be doing:
* Managing and motivating Retail Branch Managers across your region to deliver results
* Leading from the front through daily calls, weekly 1-2-1's and regular branch visits
* Driving purchase objectives and ensuring your region hits ambitious growth targets
* Building strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Regional or Area Manager within a fast-paced retail or service environment
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised, resilient, and commercially astute
* Full UK Driving Licence
