Are you an experienced travel sales team leader or assistant/branch manager ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a confident and driven Sales Team Manager to lead a growing team at a busy and friendly Leeds-based travel agency and call centre.
Your role as a Sales Team Manager
Lead and motivate a small sales team across multiple channels (calls, web, social media, group bookings)
Mentor and coach team members to meet and exceed sales targets
Oversee admin operations (invoicing, ticketing, customer service)
Support local marketing efforts - leaflets, events, community outreach
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on retention and growth strategies
Use your travel expertise to deliver a personalised, high-quality customer experience
Report directly to the General Manager with regular updates and performance reportsExperience required as a Sales Team Manager
Proven experience in travel sales, ideally in a leadership role
Target-driven with strong coaching and team management skills
Detail-oriented and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Confident using booking/reservation systems and general PC tools

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or Saturday shifts and the flexibility to work from home when needed. Salary up to £33,000 dependent on experience.
