What They're Looking For: 5+ years of PHP experience with Laravel as a requirement. Proficient in Livewire, Vapor, Tailwind, and modern JavaScript frameworks. Strong understanding of Git, Composer, and npm. Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, and reliable. A genuine passion for building elegant and functional applications.
